SQuare uses the information you supply to enable collaborations. We do not exchange information with third parties unless this is necessary. The way we handle your data and keep it safe is entirely in accordance with the European law. All data is stored within the EU. All privacy guarantees as mentioned in the AVG apply to this.

COLLABORATIONS
When starting a collaboration, you provide a phone number of a company – and personal information, supplemented with data for invoicing. All this data will be part of our in-house administration and will be stored on our server as well as on the online business software that we use. The storage is done with the aim of communicating with you about the progress of the projects we work on and if necessary or desired, to contact you regarding something else.
SOCIAL MEDIA
SQuare uses social media to keep you informed about what we do and how we develop. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. No conditions from SQuare are linked to the use of social media. You agree to the conditions of the social media platform you choose to use.
HARD COPY INFORMATION
At SQuare we do not only use digital information, we also occasionally print something out or receive reference materials from our clients. All this hard copy information is stored in locked cabinets / rooms.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to ask SQuare which personal data it processes from you. SQuare will respond to this request – in writing – at least within four weeks. You can then request SQuare to supplement, correct or delete this information, insofar as this is not in conflict with the (legal) processing regulations. You must state in your request which changes you wish to make. SQuare will also respond to this request within four weeks. If data has been obtained with permission, then you have the right to revoke this consent.
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
SQuare always ensures appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss. SQuare has a dedicated partner for hosting and storage of data.
RETENTION PERIOD
All data needed to enable collaborations with our relations are stored in our systems. The statutory retention period of 7 years applies to the administrative data. After this period the data will be deleted.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
If SQuare needs or wishes to change its privacy policy, these changes will be included immediately in this privacy statement.
